This project explores high-end jewelry visualization through a CGI study of a chain inspired by Vitaly’s Ransom design.
The focus was placed on lighting, textures and camera angle to enhance the reflective qualities of the metal and emphasize the sculptural details of the piece.
The chain’s distinctive shape with its sharp spikes and pronounced beveled edges plays a key role in how light travels across the surface, creating strong highlights and deep contrast that reinforce the piece’s graphic and industrial character.
Special attention was given to surface roughness, micro-imperfections and controlled highlights to achieve a clean and premium look similar to product photography.
